	Practicing bodywork since 1978 and Rolfing since 1982, I offer soft-tissue release work that is both structural and functional. Rolfing is a wonderful way to bring structural alignment to your body. (I gained nearly 2 inches from my initial Rolfing sessions.) It can make you much more comfortable in all activities, increasing flexibility, and teach you how to be more efficient in the way you use your body, enhancing athletic practice for both amateurs and professionals. In addition, Rolfing can facilitate emotional release in a safe, non-threatening environment. It is best used in conjunction with talk therapy. Additionally I offer work that includes what I have learned from other modalities. This work can effectively treat work and sports injuries, some forms of chronic pain, whiplash, sciatica, strain, motion restrictions, numbness, and more, just as long as you consult with a medical professional first.
