Elemental Bodyworks is owned by Abby Coulson, LMT, a practicing Colorado Springs massage therapist. She has been assisting others in improving their quality of life through the application of therapeutic massage and bodywork since 1998.
Abby graduated from the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy in 1998. She is a licensed massage therapist and certified neuromuscular therapist. Her strong belief in upholding the good standards of her profession has led her to become nationally certified through the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (www.ncbtmb.com) and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (www.amtamassage.org). Abby’s office is in lovely downtown Colorado Springs. In addition to her practice, she travels to various locations giving on-site chair massage treatments to employees of local businesses. In her own office, she practices the following modalities: Neuromuscular Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Sports Massage and On-Site Chair Massage. Abby works with people suffering from various injuries and chronic pain. Neuromuscular therapy, joint range of motion, etc., would be utilized to deal with: Whiplash, TMJ dysfunction, chronic tension headaches, arm/neck/shoulder pain as well as lower back pain that are resultant of on-the-job injuries, motor vehicle accidents or just plain old wear and tear.
